EnergyService Vehicles

Vehicle Types

1. From the Maintenance Tables menu, select Vehicles.
2. Choose Vehicle Types.
3. To create, press Ctrl+C.
4. Enter the Description of the Vehicle.  The Vehicle Type code will automatically generate once the description is saved.
5. Press the Down Arrow or F4 to enter a new Vehicle Type.
6. Press Ctrl+Q to save.

Service Vehicles

1. From the Vehicle Menu, select Service Vehicles.
2. To create, press Ctrl+C.
3. The Seq will be auto-assigned.
   
4. Enter the Description and Year of the vehicle.
5. Enter the Date In Serv.
6. Choose the Vehicle Type by pressing F5 and select from the list.
7. Press the Down Arrow or F4 to enter new Service Vehicle information.
8. Press Ctrl+Q to save.
