EnergyService allows for complete tracking of Inventory, Service Orders, Invoices, Proposals, and Equipment. Service Orders, Invoices, Proposals, and Service Locations are stored within EnergyForce and are easily accessible from the EnergyService menu and Customer Maintenance screen.
Proposals can be created by using various methods. You can create a proposal while in the Service Order Screen or you can create a proposal from the Customer Maintenance screen.
The functionality of a Service Order is to give the ability to schedule jobs (tank sets, preventative maintenance, leak checks, etc.) and assign and dispatch suitable technicians to those tasks.
