This report will need to be processed for at least one year’s worth of information and sent to Excel so that it will display at least three deliveries to give an average calculated K-Factor.
- Navigate to Main Menu / Reports Menu / K-Factor Reports.
- Select 5 K Factor Delivery Analysis and enter a Tank Reading Date Range, Tank Type1, Tank Type2, and Cust Types to review. Routes can also be selected.
- Select Excel as the output and choose Print. A CSV report will generate to show all sales made to the customer tanks for the date range specified.
Review the report. In Column 11, after each tank and customer section, an average calculated K-Factor displays based on the last three deliveries. Only use this value if the tank displays on the Deviation report as described here.
