Located in the RTM Import Menu screen, this file displays an audit log of all of the import readings that have been imported. This table can be reviewed to determine if a customer tank has imported properly and displays the tank imports in descending order.
- Press Ctrl+R on the keyboard.
- Select the field to search from the Name drop-down (Tank RRN, Customer, Tank Reading Date).
- Enter the search values in the From and To value fields.
- Arrow down to enter additional search variables and select OK when finished.
- The system will automatically filter down to display the results entered.
- To verify that a monitor is reading enter the Tank Reading Date (or range of dates).
- Select the Import Error header record to sort the data.
- Click again to bring the errors to the top of the screen.
