- From the Energy Force Main Menu, go to Meter Menu / Import RTM Reads.
- Select the file to Import and choose the File Type from the drop-down menu.
- Select Import. A message will display indicating that it is importing the file. Select OK when finished.
- Customer tanks and gallons will automatically update based on the file that has been imported. To see tanks that were updated, select View Remote Tank Read Audit.
- Check for Import Errors and correct them as necessary.
