The Calculate Dollars button located within the Tank screen allows the driver to enter Total Dollars to spend to aid in determining the number of gallons to pump during a delivery. The system calculates the number of gallons to deliver based on the product, price, and taxes associated with the tank. The driver can also enter Gallons to Deliver to determine the total price, including taxes, for the selected gallons.
- Highlight the tank and select Calc. Dollars. Tap in the Total Dollars to spend or Gallons to Deliver field, and select Calc.
- The system will calculate the number of gallons and dollars to spend.
- Choose Deliver Gallons to preset the gallons for delivery or Cancel to return to the Tank screen.
Note: The Calculate Dollars program only calculates based on gallons. Regulatory fees, labor, etc. are not included in the calculation. If non-pumpable items will be added to the Invoice, those amounts should be subtracted from the Total Dollars to spend before selecting Calculate.
