Energy Force uses Rack Codes to group prices together based on a common rack price. Rack Codes are assigned to a Price Code at Maintenance Menu / Price. The Rack Code is used in Update Rack Pricing to update Price Codes based on changes to the rack price.
- On the Rack Price Maintenance window, select Create to enter a Rack Code. To change a Rack Code, select the Rack Code and make any necessary changes.
- Enter the Division the Rack Code is assigned.
- In the Rack Code field, enter a unique identifier. This can be up to six numeric characters.
- Enter a Description for the Rack Code.
- Indicate the Price for the Rack Code.
- Choose Save.
