Download Routes and Customer/Tank Information

Re-Engineered EnergyTrack Download Process:

1. From the Route Scheduling Menu, select Schedule Deliveries.
2. Select the Schedule for the handheld and then select Download to Re-Engineered ET.
3. Enter the Handheld# range.
4. Enter the Restrict Tank & Custs to Division number range.
5. Enter the Export scheduled deliveries number of Days in advance.
6. Select A All Tanks & Custs (within restricted Division) or S Only Tanks & Custs for the Scheduled Deliveries in the Include in Export section.
7. Select Propane or Refined Fuels (Non "P" Types).
8. Select Process. This will export all files for the Panasonic U1 handhelds. 
9. When finished, a message will display indicating the amount of time it took to process. Select OK.
