This report is to be processed annually.
This report gives the ability to enter a tank size and number of gallons for a date range. Any tank exceeding the number of gallons will display on the report and aids in helping management determine if the tank should be swapped for a larger size.
For example, for a 500-gallon tank, if the total number of gallons exceeds 1500 gallons, the driver is making at least 3 to 4 deliveries a year to the tank. Switching the customer to a 1000-gallon tank would eliminate the need for so many refills during a heating season.
This report can also be processed by tank ownership. However, a focus should be made on company-owned tanks for inventory purposes.
