The system uses Meter Elevation Codes in meter billing. The Meter Elevation Code is used to set the elevation the meter is located. The Meter Elevation Code is tied to the customer on the Meter Information window. The Meter Elevation Code is used to generate adjusted meter billings based on elevation (altitude). The Adjustment Factor is multiplied by the meter consumption to calculate an adjusted reading. The Meter Elevation Code file cannot be changed or modified.
The Meter Elevation Codes are found at Main Menu / Supervisor / Maintenance Menu / Maintenance Files Menu / Meter Elevation Code.
