SKY Admin – Consumer Portal
- SKYR- 447 / Payment Types Accepted — Select Accepted or Disabled Budget and/or Contract Payment Types at SKY Company Admin / Consumer Portal / Online Payments if on Energy Force version 17.283. Choosing Disabled removes the payment option for the consumer on the Consumer Portal.
Note: Balance is required and can not be disabled.

SKY Energy
- SKYR- 464 / Tank Grid — Review, search, filter and export the entire Tank grid at SKY Energy / Tanks. Pin and hide columns to customize the view based on the SKY user. Read more for more information on Using Grids in Agvance SKY.
- SKYR- 467 / SKY Energy Customer Feedback — The Feedback button in the bottom left hand menu opens a form to submit any SKY Energy related feedback. Enter the required details and choose Submit to share back to SSI or simply click off the form to return to SKY without submitting.
