Energy Force
- SKYR-222 / New field added to the Call In screen for Quoted Price – This is not a required field. If the Quoted Price is not filled in, the delivery will be priced as usual by the price listed on the tank. When the Quoted Price is filled in, it will be used in Energy Track and manual sales posting to price the delivery.
In Energy Track, the Quoted Price also displays on the Call In which is visible from the call in list and on the tank Call In button.
The Invoice screen in Energy Track will display Quoted Price in the Priced By field when a Quoted Price is used in the Call In.
Contracts and Market Based Pricing takes precedence over a quoted call in price. If RET option 42, Allow driver to change overage price, is set to Y, then the driver can now Select the Quoted Price for a contract overage price. Manual sales posting will use the price on the tank for contract overages.
- Why – To allow a quoted price to be placed on a Call In and have it carry through to the Invoice without having to change the price on the Invoice screen.

- SKYR-1264 / Cash Rounding Added to Payment Posting – Penny payment rounding has been added to Payment Posting, where an automatic entry will be created for the rounding. The payment screen layout has been updated to include the rounding rules. Read More!
- Why – Pennies have been discontinued and many sales don’t end in increments of $.05, causing a need to account for the rounding of cash payments.
- When/Where – Payment Disc Posting screen.
- Action Needed – Cash Rounding Rules need to be set up first at Supervisor Menu>Setup Options>Cash Rounding Rules.
- SKYR-1263 / Cash Rounding Rules – A new table has been created for users to create Cash Rounding Rules.
- Why – Pennies have been discontinued and many sales don’t end in increments of $.05, causing a need to account for the rounding of cash payments. This table allows for creation of various rounding scenarios.
- When/Where – Supervisor Menu / Setup Options / Cash Rounding Rules
- Action Needed – Setup a new Department for the amount a payment was rounded and fill out the Cash Rounding Rules table.
- SKYR-1312 / Customer Import Speed/Sync – Speed of the Customer Import between Energy Force and Agvance has been increased. All customers will sync not just the new and or modified customers. If Alternate ID’s are used, the Energy Force Customer Number must be filled in for the customer to be synced. Only 1 log file will be generated and will be overwritten daily.
- Why – Tanks in Agvance will have more detail and the applications are more linked up.
- When/Where – Manual Tank Sync located at the Posting Menu / Daily Clear / Daily Tank Export and the automated process located at Supervisor Menu / Maintenance Menu / Automated Task Menu / Background Tasks.

- SKYR-1246 / Batch Year End Clear – Meter Sales YTD and Gallons YTD clear out on all meters when the Year End Clear is processed.
- Why – Sales YTD and Gallons Billed YTD on the meter information page were not clearing if the meter or tank the meter is tied to were inactive when the Year End Clear was processed.
- When/Where – Customer Menu / Customer Maintenance / Meter Information

- SKYR-1262 / Condo Contract Fee Removed – Delivery Charge of $0.03 on Condo Contracts has been removed from Card Stop transactions.

- SKYR-1269 / Add Missing Primary Keys to Tables – Query will run upon opening Energy Force to add any missing Primary Keys from tables. If there is a lock on a table when the query is running, user will receive a message and the error will be written to the General Process Exceptions. The entry for Database Table Audit in the ProgramsRunOnce table can be removed if there was a lock and the program needs to be run again. A change was also made to prevent crashes when Defaulting Energy Track to V2.
- Why – This query will return a list of table names that are missing the primary key but have a 'rowid__' column.
- When/Where – Opening Energy Force and allow the process to run.

- SKYR-1246 / Customer Sync Query – Customer Sync has been updated to alleviate record locks.
