SKYR-1193 / Gallons Only Prepaid Contracts – Prepaid Contracts have a new option where taxes are not deducted from the Net Due by checking the Gallons Only Prepaid box on the Bill Type Maintenace screen.
When checked, Energy Track Invoices include the taxes in the Net Due amount along with any other non contract items like Regulatory Fees or Overages. 
Contract Bill Types can have the 100% PrePaid checked or the Gallons Only Prepaid but not both.- Why – Not all prepaid contracts have the taxes prepaid as well as the gallons.
- When/Where – Supervisor menu / Maintenance Menu / Maintenance Tables / Billing Types
- Action Required – Check mark the Gallons Only Prepaid on the Billing Type Maintenance of Contracts where the taxes need to be included in the Net Due as the taxes have not been prepaid.
- SKYR-1385 / Tank Sync Clearing Budget Billing – Tank Sync no longer clears out the Budget Billing (Equal Billing) amount in Agvance.
- Why – Prevent Tank Sync from clearing out amount in the Equal Billing Amount field in Agvance.
- When/Where – Posting Menu / Daily Clear Menu / Daily Tank Export
- Action Required – No action required.
- SKYR-1389 / Automated Background Task Run Time – Background Automated Tasks now checks every 5 minutes to see if there is a task that needs to run instead of every 30 seconds.
- Why – To alleviate freezing or lock ups when the tasks are running.
- When/Where – Supervisor menu / Maintenance Menu / Automated Task Menu / Background Tasks
- Action Required – No action required.
